“Mummy, why does my room look like the hospital!”

I’ve always loved the feeling of walking into a warm and comfortable environment, so when my eldest son George pointed out that I’d neglected the walls in his bedroom, it made me wonder…

Before I beat myself up about it, I realised that I had always struggled to source something special and warm to hang in his room, that also complemented the neutral and minimal style of my home.

With a background in Textile Design (Society of Wanderers, Warwick Fabrics), I decided to combine my love of developing textured, timeless pieces to create something special for George, and in the process hopefully win back his affection!

Fast forward a couple of years, and what was initially a personal styling project, has now turned into my first ever collection!

All pieces are individually created by hand using natural hemp rope, with each silhouette inspired by my rural surroundings on the farm where I live with my husband and now two sons.

Through my art I hope to bring some warmth and happiness into your home, and into the homes of your family and friends.
